The deadline for the submission to the JJAP special issue has been extended to: October 2, 2009 (JST)

All participants willing to submit papers to the JJAP special issue must use the online submission at the the following URL;

ID registered for JJAP regular issues is not valid for the special issue.
You must register your ID in the above page for submitting your paper to the special issue. Each manuscript is linked to a corresponding author that must be a registered participant (invited, regular or student). Submission is limited to one manuscript per one corresponding author.

The participants willing to submit their papers to the special issue must understand the following items.

(a) The paper submitted for the special issue should not have a text identical to the paper distributed during DPS2009. The contents of the paper must be original, not previously published.
(b) The submitted paper will be reviewed as an original paper on the basis of the JJAP standard and may not necessarily be accepted for publication.
(c) If the manuscript will not be accepted for publication by the deadline scheduled for the special issue, it will be treated as canceled.
(d) The authors of invited talks are welcome to submit their presentations as a review paper. They are also welcome to submit a regular paper on original parts of their presentations. Note that the above items (a)-(c) are also applicable to these cases.

Style of the manuscript should strictly follow the styling guide of "JJAP". Manuscripts prepared out of this styling guide will not be received.

Charge for publication

Contributors are charged for their publication fee. A copy of the Special Issue of "Japanese Journal of Applied Physics" is not included in the registration fee.

Authors or their institutions are requested to pay the publication charge according to the following rate when the paper is accepted.
